It's Happy Hour

Friends, 

We made it. It’s past quittin’ time and 6 pm on a Friday, which means nothing other than it’s prime Happy Hour time. Clock out, tap in, get a cold one and let’s cheers to another work week gone. See a beer, send a beer and my beverage of choice right now is the Bodem IPA by Half Acre. 

I love a good, cold IPA but don’t get it twisted, I’ll still guzzle domestic lites like there’s no tomorrow. But starting with a couple higher alcohol content, heavier beers gets that blanket on quicker and that beer belly nice and plump for the local ladies. Bodem is great and so is Half Acre, and they’ve got a lot of different strokes for different folks if IPAs aren’t your thing. 

It’s still freezing in my area and there are literally zero people hanging out outside - no patios, no beer gardens. In this weather the only thing you can do is dim the lights, hunker down, and get a nice, cool buzz going. Get those TouchTunes credits ready boys because Merle said it best - I think I’ll just stay here and drink.
